  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Lay out parchment paper on cookie sheet.
  3. Cut cauliflower and drain chickpeas, add to cookie sheet.
  4. Add olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, maple syrup, and black pepper to cookie sheet, mix.
  5. Put cookie sheet in oven, roast for 30 minutes.
  6. While cauliflower and chickpeas are roasting, massage kale with salt.
  7. After roasting completed, allow to cool.
  8. Mix together cauliflower, chickpeas, and kale.
