Ingredients
- Cauliflower - ½ head
- Chickpeas - 1 can
- Kale - 2 handfuls
- Avocado - ½
- Garlic powder - ½ tbsp
- Smoked paprika - ½ tbsp
- Maple syrup - ½ tbsp
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp
- Black pepper - to taste
- Salt - as needed
Cookware
- Cookie sheet - 1
- Parchment paper - 1
- Mixing bowl - 1
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Lay out parchment paper on cookie sheet.
- Cut cauliflower and drain chickpeas, add to cookie sheet.
- Add olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, maple syrup, and black pepper to cookie sheet, mix.
- Put cookie sheet in oven, roast for 30 minutes.
- While cauliflower and chickpeas are roasting, massage kale with salt.
- After roasting completed, allow to cool.
- Mix together cauliflower, chickpeas, and kale.
