  1. Preheat oven to 425°F;
  2. Add garlic powder, ginger powder, paprika, cumin, and chili powder to small bowl. Mix.
  3. Chop sweet potatoes (½inch cubes) and cauliflower.
  4. Open can of chickpeas. Strain with colander.
  5. Toss sweet potato, spice mix, and canola oil in large mixing bowl. Transfer to cookie sheet line with parchment paper.
  6. Repeat with cauliflower and then with chickpeas.
  7. Bake for 40 mins, flipping at 20 mins.
