  1. Bring salted water to boil in large pot.
  2. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  3. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Chop broccoli.
  5. Add gnocchi and chopped broccoli to large pot. Boil until gnocchi float.
  6. Transfer gnocchi and broccoli to cookie sheet.
  7. Add cherry tomatoes, red onion, and chickpeas to cookie sheet.
  8. Drizzle olive oil, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, and oregano on cookie sheet. Stir/toss to evenly coat ingredients.
  9. Bake for 25 minutes.
  10. Top with basil and balsamic reduction.
