  1. Concurrently:
    • Start heating water in large saucepan (for boiling ramen noodles).
    • Saute garlic and dried hot pepper in canola oil in small saucepan until browned.
    • Heat 2 cups of water, miso paste, and frozen vegetables in medium saucepan.
  2. When water in large saucepan is boiling, add noodles to cook.
  3. When ramen noodles are almost cooked, pour 1 cup of miso broth and ½ tbsp spiced oil to each bowl.
  4. Strain ramen noodles and add to bowls.
