  1. Press tofu.
  2. While tofu is pressing, mix apple cider vinegar, chili powder, cornstarch, garlic powder, and paprika in mixing bowl.
  3. Tear tofu into pieces and toss in spice mix.
  4. Air fry tofu for 5 minutes at 400°F.
  5. While tofu is frying, slice bell peppers into strips.
  6. Toss bell peppers in remaining spcie mix.
  7. Toss tofu and add bell peppers to air fryer.
  8. Air fry for another 15 minutes at 400°F, tossing every 5 minutes.
