Ingredients
- Extra firm tofu - 1 block
- Bell peppers - 2
- Apple cider vinegar - 1 tbsp
- Chili powder - 1 tbsp
- Cornstarch - 2 tsp
- Garlic powder - 1 tsp
- Paprika - 1 tsp
Cookware
- Air fryer - 1
- Mixing bowl - 1
Instructions
- Press tofu.
- While tofu is pressing, mix apple cider vinegar, chili powder, cornstarch, garlic powder, and paprika in mixing bowl.
- Tear tofu into pieces and toss in spice mix.
- Air fry tofu for 5 minutes at 400°F.
- While tofu is frying, slice bell peppers into strips.
- Toss bell peppers in remaining spcie mix.
- Toss tofu and add bell peppers to air fryer.
- Air fry for another 15 minutes at 400°F, tossing every 5 minutes.
