Makes 4 medium pancakes
Ingredients
- All purpose flour - 1 ½ cups
- Baking powder - ½ tbsp
- Applesauce - 2 tbsp
- Almond milk - 1 cup
- Vanilla extract - ½ tsp
- Water - ⅓ cups
- Cooking spray - as needed
Cookware
- Large skillet - 1
- Medium mixing bowl - 1
- Dough whisk - 1
Instructions
- Heat large skillet on medium heat.
- Add all ingredients in medium mixing bowl. Mix with dough whisk.
- Spray cooking oil onto skillet. Pour batter onto skillet.
- Flip pancake when edges start to dry and center starts to bubble.
- Cook for additional 30 seconds.
- Repeat until all batter is gone.
